I love going to Neutral Ground. Everyone helps me because I am a beginner. it is great fun to spar with Adam. He's a great teacher. I'm really shy but every is good to me

This is an excellent place . It’s a great environment with fantastic coaches and teammates that have helped me grow in martial arts and as a person overall. Everyone here wants to see and help everyone get better. I highly recommend for anyone interested in starting jiu jitsu.
