The Marquette University Physical Therapy Clinic is fantastic! Last fall, I found myself needing to address pain in my left hip that was causing significant discomfort. Admittedly, I had been ignoring this pain and chalking it up to the aches of aging. After an injury analysis with Albojay, he identified pelvic alignment issues and created a plan for me to strengthen my core in order to maintain alignment. The program that was put together gave me achievable milestones that built my physical strength and gave me confidence to continue working towards the next goal. I learned a lot about how to properly use my body to build strength and how to work on my alignment through exercise and in daily life. The program did more than just heal me from the injury, it gave me sustainable tools to continue using to avoid future injury. I cannot recommend the MUPT Clinic enough. I had the best experience and really enjoyed the care the people who work there put into you as a patient.
My time at this clinic was interrupted by this pandemic and I was pessimistic about continuing the visits online. I was completely wrong. Albojay did a phenomenal job explaining and demonstrating exercises while being able to critique them from afar just as well as he did in person. Impressively, this included explanations for how to do my own hands on/manual work. After my second E-visit with Albojay, my wrist pain that has held me back in the gym for about 8 years has disappeared. This clinic is a great place to get your physical therapy from, even if online!
