Dr. Volberding is a good physician and most of the staff is kind and professional. However, I always dread having blood work done here and I am considering switching clinics because I do not trust them to take my blood efficiently. Only twice has a nurse hit a nerve in my arm while sticking a needle in my arm and both times it has been at this clinic. Never an apology either.
First off, parking is an absolute nightmare here. There are multiple garages under the building, no signage inside or out as to which garage connects to which businesses, or even where you can get from the garage to the building. Also, you have to scan a QR code to pay for parking, which would not scan, so now I'm in tech support hell just trying to pay for parking so I can see a doctor. I sort of expected them to validate my parking, but apparently Madison Medical doesn't do that.
Then, the doctor was just... not good. I went for gender related treatment, and I was met with what I can only describe as judgmental skepticism. I don't need that garbage from a doctor....read full review
Dr. Hexsel finally took care of a persistent lesion after two previous providers failed. Fast and efficient care! Would reasily ecommend her again and again… bonus points for the holiday card too!!
