Mowing could be done more carefully.I'll never get over seeing grave after grave in the veteran section where the bronze vases were stolen, most likely to sell for scrap metal. It's pathetic. AND the cemetery didn't even tell my family about it. Security measures would be nice.

Three parts to this.* * * * *My father bought a plot with other VFW and/or American Legion buddies (WWII veterans). They were all in one area. That was quite some time ago. He died in 1982 and was buried here.Apparently the cemetery fell on hard times after that. My sister Ali was the only sibling left in Milwaukee so she went there and actually had to use a hand clipper to tidy up the tall grass on our father's grave. No one was mowing and it looked awful.At some point, the cemetery was taken over by another company. Things vastly improved.
