My experience with Dr. Kraklow was more than I could have hoped for. He is so meticulous in every step of the process. I had my entire upper arch, every tooth, redone with all new crowns. I had no pain, which was a huge concern for me. Dr. Kraklow made sure I was comfortable through the entire process (we even had some laughs along the way). My temporaries looked almost like the finished product and I was not embarrassed to smile. The turn around time for these crowns was fast and efficient and Dr. Kraklow made sure all of my appointments were scheduled even before we started the process. The dental hygienist and the doctor could not have been nicer. Nobody really likes dentist but I really don't like them. I had no problems here. Thank you for being kind, courteous, and professional.

I am a long time patient and a very satisfied one! All of their staff, the front desk, Anne my hygentist and Dr. Kraklow, are wonderful and very personable. They are warm and caring. I will share a good example of great customer service. I recently began living half the time in Florida and I was asked about finding a provider down there just in case I ever run into a dental problem. They recommended I find a provider and to perhaps have one cleaning per year in Florida and one with him and they could share my records.
