I cannot remember a time when our family has not depended on The Knauer Family for the handling of our plumbing and heating/cooling needs. I am so glad that I contacted Knauer...The hose from our kitchen sink faucet began leaking. Your employee Jordan noted that our hot water outpour was also very thin. We discussed and I decided to buy a new faucet...it was installed. AND the hot water Outpour was back to normal!!!! [I had been told that the Problem was the water pipes in my home we’re so old and narrowed.] I am so glad that I called Knauer!Services: Tap installation

Called at 8 AM described what happened, our 2nd floor kitchen was leaking profusely into basement. Jordan made it by 9:30 am and examined the situation and quickly diagnosed the problem in a logical manner. In stead of replacing a whole pipe run from basement to 2nd floor he was able to cut the damaged pipe and quickly repair for a fraction of what the cost and damage to house could have been
