Kinetic Sports Medicine and Performance

Went and saw Dr. Jeff Steuck for a nagging hip injury. I’ve never had PT before so didn’t know what to expect. I cannot recommend his work and the people at Kinetic enough. Completely fixed the injury the strength building exercises they gave me to continue maintenance have been a huge help.

Also…I BADLY sprained my ankle on vacation…they got me in the first thing on Monday when I got back for therapy. Saved me time and money by avoiding x rays after they examined it. Unbelievable service.

It is not an exaggeration to say that working with Dr. Sydney completely changed my life. I cannot recommend working with her and the Kinetic team enough.I had started dealing with knee pain during my ice hockey season almost 3 years previously and nothing had worked. I went to Kinetic after straining a muscle in my calf playing basketball. Brett was able to help diagnose the extent of my injury and put me on a plan to get back to playing. The process was smooth and the recovery went well under his guidance. Thanks Brett!
