Jose with JPro is always on time (or early), friendly, professional, hard working, and does such a thorough and phenomenal job giving our carpets new life!!! He takes the time to work on tough areas or stains and the carpets look like new and smell terrific when he’s finished! We highly recommend JPro, what a fantastic professional experience!!!! Bravo!

Used their services for the 1st time a week ago. I have all my furniture cleaned, every room and stairs leading to basement. My house smelled so fresh.
Communication was clear, he was on time. He completely my whole house within 2 hours. And the rates were not ridiculous. I got my hallway cleaned for free.
