I was unable to turn my bathtub's water off. I called Mr. Nelson on Christmas day. He asked questions about my problem, and based on my answers, knew what the problem was. He quoted a price and arrived less than 45 minutes later.When he arrived, he told me what the job entailed. I agreed, and he went to work. It took him about 30 minutes (that's with me asking him questions). He not only fixed our problem but offered advice on how to avoid other issues based on our faucet type. Hopefully, I don't have any more plumbing issues, but if I do, I know who to call!Did I mention he came out on Christmas? I recommend him HIGHLY!!!Services: Shower repair
