As an MKE transplant, I'm happy to have found a yoga studio as solid as Healium! The space (of all three studios) is clean, bright and inviting. I've had great experiences with each instructor I've taken! They always provide modifications or advancements. It's a welcoming community.
Healium has been my go-to for yoga for over a year now. It's transformed my life so deeply, but honestly it's the atmosphere of this center that brings me back for more. I couldn't recommend this place enough, the instructors all have their own style of teaching, and I've benefited from all of them.
Yoga studios can be intimidating-full of hot people in sports bras folding themselves into pretzels and listening to wind chimes while they watch you wheeze in the corner. Healium is the exact opposite of that. My first class was "All body yoga"-a great introduction. The instructor was relaxed, offered modifications to every pose, and we worked on how to stretch and feel open and connected to our bodies. The classes range from relaxing to a vigorous workout, and every instructor I've had has been unique while still calming and reassuring. I'm so grateful I found Healium!
