They never make follow-up calls to keep you informed about your loved ones final funeral arrangements have been completed. I was told I would receive a phone call when their headstone was placed. Never got that call had to make numerous phone calls and only after making a trip to the cemetery did i get answers on the status of everything.

Kristen is the best she realy helped my son and daughter n love with the burial of their infant son Pierre Jon we are so grateful to Graceland they really care about the families they serve

My dad is buried here he died after my birthday on March 31st 2018 it was a kind person lovable person I love them so much he meant the world to me and it hurts me everytime I think about it?????❤?
