First time going, the staff were super nice and gave me a tour of the entire place! The parking validation is perfect as well since they have two parking lots! The only thing I got confused was the tanning, from the website I thought it was free but it’s changed monthly. They offered me few free times to try the tanning out before getting it which is super nice, that way I can figure out if I want to actually do the monthly tanning! In general, only the tanning part I got confused from the website but this gym is great!!

I had a great workout at Gold’s Gym. Friendly staff and good selection of equipment for a serious workout! Dumbbells go to 150 pounds and plenty of plates. Also love the extra’s like a sauna and pool. The only item that I could see improvement on is the smell in the sauna. It could use a good deep cleaning.

I enjoy my body pump class with Ron at noon every Tuesday and Thursday. He makes the class lots of fun. Ron has helped me improve by techniques. I have lost 20 lbs and kept it off over 2 years. Ron 's class has played a big part in my weight loss.
