Dr Amahdi is wonderful and thorough. But the reception needs a whole new attitude adjustment . When trying to explain that I have no copay, Amy rudely interrupted me with the comment “I am well aware of how it works I can see it right here on my screen, in a not so nice tone of voice. I explained that my secondary insurance picks up the copay. Her reply was once again rudely well we will send you a statement if it is not paid. I also tried to explain that on my last visit here. There was no copay because of the secondary insurance . Copay is not the issue here. Attitude is though. If I could find another place to go close to home I would.

I just want to begin by saying that I don’t really like to write reviews, but in this case I’ll make an exception.I have been a patient of Eye Physician Associates for 28 years. Recently, I was given a new medication for my glaucoma. After just a little over day of using it, I had a severe reaction to the medication. My eyes were swollen, watering, itching and burning, and the whites of my eyes were blood red. It was very painful.This happened on a weekend, so I contacted the office just after they opened on Monday morning and explained to them what was happening and that I needed to talk with my eye doctor as soon as possible. The care itself is fine. The central scheduler should look for a new job if she's that miserable there, EVERY SINGLE TIME I call she's rude and i've been going here for years.
