WORST COMPANY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
They don't have spare parts available when a furniture breaks down or missing parts. They would only tell you to buy a similar part online.
DO NOT TRUST THIS GARBAGE COMPANY!!!

Disappointed that Elkay didn't stand behind their product. We purchased an Elkay sink through our cabinet maker. Months after having it installed we found a crack in the wall of the sink.First , I did all the calling and tired to get a response . A month after continued phone calls they came up saying that it was an "impact crack" which they don't warranty. Explain how an impact crack happens when we didn't do anything that would have caused an "impact" in the sink.Very disappointed the their service.
