What typically happens during a massage is the masseuse will ask what areas to focus on and they don’t. Yelena made sure to spend time on the areas I wanted. She even took a picture (I was clothed) to show me the progress she made, which I very much appreciated! She even gave me tips on how to stretch at home and what muscles to strengthen to prevent future problems. Great massage!
