DBG Flowers, a local Milwaukee florist since 1998, is dedicated to providing stunning floral arrangements and gift baskets for various occasions. They offer free delivery to help strengthen relationships, celebrate special moments, and provide support during difficult times. Customers have received gorgeous birthday surprises that keep getting prettier by the day as they bloom, making them feel special and remembered. One customer received a beautiful fall bouquet for Thanksgiving, featuring deep burgundy mums, golden yellow roses, and sunflowers, which created a striking contrast. The recipient was thrilled with the gift. Another customer received excellent service when they visited the store to order an arrangement. The customer was pleased with the fresh and gorgeous flowers, and the recipient was very happy. Customers have also received smile vases with beautiful and fresh flowers, lasting a full two weeks. When a customer was not happy with the way flowers looked, they called to complain, and DBG Flowers offered to send a new arrangement, which looked beautiful. This shows a business that will do its best to make customers happy.
My fiancé ordered flowers, balloons , chocolate and a teddy bear through Ava’s flowers. What I received was not what was ordered. When we went into the store we were made aware, that Ava’s up charged him and sent out a different order then he asked for. Ms lawanda went above and beyond to fix Ava’s mistake she gave me flowers and vase to try and compensate for the incorrect order. Which was not on there part, I will recommend Guzzardos to anyone who is looking for a good florist. Very professional and great customer service. Ms. Lawanda and her team were very helpful, and made my surprise special like it was intended. Thank you design by Guzzardos.
My husband ordered flowers and what was sent wasn’t really what was ordered but after contacting Designs by Guzzardos, they corrected it and sent another bouquet, which was very beautiful. Thank you.
