DBG Flowers, a local Milwaukee florist since 1998, is dedicated to providing stunning floral arrangements and gift baskets for various occasions. They offer free delivery to help strengthen relationships, celebrate special moments, and provide support during difficult times. One customer received a beautiful fall bouquet for Thanksgiving, featuring deep burgundy mums, golden yellow roses, and sunflowers, which created a striking contrast. The recipient was thrilled with the gift. Another customer received excellent service when they visited the store to order an arrangement for someone who had lost a pet. Areli, the employee who assisted them, searched thoroughly to find a cylinder vase and provided a fresh sample for approval. The customer was pleased with the fresh and gorgeous flowers, and the recipient was very happy. However, there was an issue with a Mother's Day delivery. The flowers arrived later than expected, and some of the flowers were droopy and had bent stems. Additionally, the arrangement smelled funny, like cigarette smoke, and there was hardly any water in the vase. The customer was not involved in the ordering process and was unsure of what happened. Despite this incident, DBG Flowers is committed to delivering high-quality and fresh flowers for their customers' special occasions.
