“My experience with Dr. Kraklow was more than I could have hoped for. He is so meticulous in every step of the process. I had my entire upper arch, every tooth, redone with all new crowns. I had no pain, which was a huge concern for me. Dr. Kraklow made sure I was comfortable through the entire process (we even had some laughs along the way). My temporaries looked almost like the finished product and I was not embarrassed to smile. “I am a current and long standing patient of Dr Putneys.

Due to stress, I was severely bruxing my one of my front teeth (it was a little longer than the other) and cracked it half off.

It happened on a Friday afternoon, and I didn't hear Dr Putneys message about emergency care, so I went somewhere else bc I was basically in shock.

Long story short, everything I had done at the other dentist (root canal, core build up, crown - which fell off twice), I had to have redone. I went somewhere dr putney suggested for the root canal and back to him to have a post put in my remaining "kitten tooth" and then a new crown.

Most of this has been paid out of pocket, but Dr Putney is by far one of the best dentists I have been to. I will pay for his services any time because he is a perfectionist, a realist, and a damn good dentist.

Dr Putney took care of me when I thought I'd have to get an implant and explained what he'd do first. He is one of a kind.

An added plus is how caring and personable his staff is as well.

“I've had numerous bad/painful experiences at dentist offices but they are really friendly. They don't make you feel bad in anyway, they want the best for you... There's numerous people that are no shows or keep rescheduling and will say bad things because they are mad at themselves because they somehow think the no show/extreme rescheduling appts warning doesn't apply to them. It's a business do people expect think they are better than someone else so they can waste people's time when they could be helping someone else. Look in the mirror it's you and your insecurities, not them.“

“I had my first visit here today, I'm actually still in the chair writing this review because people must know how exceptional of a job the doctor's and dental assistants are. Not only that, when you walk in the ladies at the front desk are so much fun and friendly.

I have been fearing going to the dentist for years. I have missing teeth, black teeth, I ripped out the top part of a couple teeth myself and the roots are still in. I WAS TERRIFIED to see a dentist.
