I recently dropped in for three morning CF classes at CCCF and I couldn't have been happier! The coaches were all very kind and helpful, giving me new pointers to take back to my CF gym. Even at 5:30am, everyone was so nice and welcoming. For someone looking for a new gym home in the area, or a welcoming place to drop in, CCCF is the best choice!
Cream City CrossFit is for everyone ! Wether you have never worked out a day in your life or you compete every weekend- this place is for you. Extremely welcoming community and the best coaches. The work outs (WODS/ workout of the day) are fun and varied, always something different. Every movement is scalable. Come try it out!
Great community and great coaches always make you feel welcomed for any skill level. Would highly recommend for anyone looking get into CrossFit for more experienced athletes looking for a new gym!!
