Frank Becerra has been doing my taxes for around 6 years. I met him back when we both served on the same board of directors for a south side community center. I had been using Turbo Tax and I didn't like the numbers that Turbo Tax came up with so I asked him to take a look. He found an issue with the depreciation amount that Turbo Tax defaulted to and fixed the problem. I've been going to him ever since instead of Turbo Tax. Sure an accountant costs more than Turbo Tax but it's worth it for some folks. I own a property so my tax deductions get messy and I prefer that the IRS not audit me, so I'll let a professional ensure I don't make dumb mistakes. He does electronic filing if you want him to and he'll have it all done for you in one visit.
