I want to take a minute, or two, and give ARI's rep, Donny, a glowing review. Donny took his time helping me with some issues that we are experiencing with our website, and most specifically manufacturer incentives. Donny listened intently to my questions and answered with concise answers that...well...even I could understand. With his help, we were able to post proper incentives and stay confidently within the guidelines set by the manufacturer.Tech is not language that I speak and he interpreted every tech word for me.
