I've always had extremely sensitive skin and before going on accutane, my skin was also very acne-prone. Because of that, I've always been extremely cautious and skeptical about what I put on my face, and I had never even considered getting a facial as I was terrified that I would leave with acne everywhere. However, earlier this year, I noticed small red bumps appearing all over my face, especially when I worked out. I went to a dermatologist, and they prescribed cream after cream until I realized that my skin wasn't improving. I cannot even begin to tell you how grateful I am for Adrienne and her skincare expertise. She actively listened to me as I explained the issue, my concerns, what caused flare ups, and on and on. After taking it all in and closely examining my face, Adrienne was almost certain she knew the cause of my red bumps - over exfoliating from chemical AHAs and BHAs that I was using 2x a day. Everything she explained made complete sense, and I was extremely optimistic. Adrienne gave me a plan, and I stuck to it. After about a month or so, my skin was starting to improve, so I went back to check in and get a facial to speed up the healing process. About 4 months after my first consult with Adrienne, my skin has almost healed completely. Without Adrienne, who knows how long it would've taken for me to find answers and stop using the chemical exfoliants. Adrienne is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and is able to determine exactly what each person's unique skin needs, and on top of that, she actually LISTENS and CARES about your concerns. I don't know what I'd do without her!! She's truly transformed my skin!
