So yes, this is not a typical yoga studio. It is indeed in a house. But Katherine Ross, the teacher is completely unique in her experience as a yoga teacher. She studied with BKS Iyengar himself. She is a fountain of knowledge and is totally kind, caring, and super fascinating. Her class is not always a "workout", but is so centering and grounding. I love it!

Ever since I landed on Catherine's doorstep I have been traveling an incredible and beautiful path of healing. Catherine taught me how to keep daily stresses and worries of the world in check. She helped me ground myself. When I began yoga with Catherine in March of 1999, my goal was to keep my body flexible and strong and my mind focused. I continue coming to class because my goal continues to be reinforced and this brings me joy!
