Mike and Dave worked so quietly you wouldn’t know they were here. OMG! They came at 8 a.m. and were done at 1 p.m. They put everything exactly as it was in the basement. “My A/C unit kept freezing up on the inside and would stop working. I called up Don Martin and scheduled a time for a technician to come service the unit. Clay was able to diagnose the issue and had it fixed in about an hour. He replaced the capacitor and topped up the refrigerant, which was about 8ozs low. He also cleaned up the unit for me and recommended I try a less restrictive filter. The total cost for the repair was very reasonable, and he provided me with a breakdown of the costs for parts and labor. The A/C is working great again, and just in time as next week temps will be in the 90’s. I will definitely use them again for any future heating/cooling issues I run into.“

“Bought a heater a year ago for our automotive shop. Had problems with the shipping company losing half the order. Working with Lanair was wonderful. They jumped on the shipping company and had it all figured in a few days. They even said if they couldn't get it figured out they would just get a new piece coming. Called a few times during set up and got a call back right away if there weren't there. I deal with a lot of different companies for multiple reason and there are one of the best when it comes to customer service and taking care of there customers.“

“Todd was very thorough, put me at ease as he walked me through the troubleshooting process. I appreciated that he kept me apprised as we awaited a part for our furnace and explained why the part was needed. We had been told that we may need to replace our furnace but since he replaced the filter and the motor he suggested that we may have another 6-7 Years on this model. I got the referral through my home warranty company. I plan to use him again in the future.“
