I ordered stay lock bump top tile for my in home gym because I need something to go over carpet. The staff was helpful and got my order right. I had one tile that was chipped when it showed up. I called and told them about it and they sent me a new one. Great customer service and very helpful. If I ever need any other flooring I am going to Greatmats. Also if you have your own shipping account with FedEx or UPS you can use it to save on shipping.

This was as easy as it could possibly be. The initial order was simple to enter - the room measurements - and the number of boxes was correctly calculated. The order was delivered early. The product was incredibly easy to install and looks great, It's a basement room and now it looks like a nice finished room.

Ordered the safety matta & boarders for a commercial job. Excellent product for quality & also installation. Had a couple of the boarders get lost in shipping. Customer service thru Great Mats was prompt on sending out the replacements. Great service / Great product. Will be using them again on next project.
