Found Shawn through a Google search when we discovered our pressure tank was leaking. He called me back immediately and came to our house within a couple hours to plug the leak overnight. Got the new tank installed the next morning. It was all finished less than 18 hours from the time we found the leak.The whole experience was so quick and completed so well. My husband says this was incredibly painless. I'm so glad we found Shawn!

Shawn is a lifesaver! Our plumbing pipe/vent was in need of repair so I contacted Firefly based on others' recommendations. He was responsive, flexible with our schedule, and determined to find the best solution for our repair. He found a non invasive way to repair/reattach/glue the pvc pipe back together where it was lacking adhesive in the first place. Our attic space has very limited access and he was able to create an inconspicuous access from the interior. If I ever have any other plumbing needs I will be sure to call Shawn!! Shawn came out, assessed the problem and made a quick estimate. He was honest in explaining that it could be 2 or 3 weeks before he could get to the project but would get to it as soon as possible. His communication was always very prompt and when he said that her would be here, he was.He was able to complete the project faster than he originally thought, which was great for us.
