These amazing people literally saved my puppy's life. They included all the information we needed to know and also updated us periodically throughout the procedure they saved his life with. Frankie is going to live now due to these amazing people. They have my thanks and my gratitude forever.
100% excellent. Dr. Robat is a perfect representative of her profession. She took time to explain everything, all available options and what to expect. The staff were kind, compassionate and practically perfect in every way. As it is, my nearly 14 year old husky is not going to get better but Dr. Robat emphasized the importance of quality over quantity of life in such a caring and compassionate way she made a terrible conversation manageable. Her followup documentation rivals anything I've read in hospital charts over the last 25 years in detail, scope and thoroughness. I can't think of a way this visit could have been better aside from a change in diagnosis or prognosis....read full review
We had to euthanize our beloved cat yesterday evening. We brought him to VCA so he wouldn't have to suffer another night in pain. Everyone was so kind and competent. It made a difficult time so much better. I would highly recommend to anyone!
