Service was excellent! They provided a lot of good information and charged me for a service charge only when they could have charged more for the time they spent helping me. I thought my water heater was leaking and needed replacement, but they were able to identify a different problem.
The folks at Sprung are great! They were pleasant to talk to on the phone and were extremely helpful. My air conditioner went out on my house in June. They ordered me a replacement and had it installed within 10 days. The new one is working great! Overall great service and great people!
Tim Van Ripper is absolutely amazing! I've utilized his services many times and have been extremely happy with his work, attitude, honesty & creativity in finding solutions! You will not be disappointed!
