We had a power surge on 8/17/20 and tried contacting a number of electric service repair persons and companies. RTL Electric Co. was the only one to promptly contact us. Rep. Meredith took the info on the problem, provided us with estimated costs (hourly , travel charge) and approximate time of service. Within 3 days we were set up with a service appointment. The service person Kerry was outstanding. He checked the circuit panel & transfer switch, the outlets that had experienced the surge, the furnace and our generator. A few years ago we had an automatic generator installed by RTL Electric. Their electricians were polite and friendly. Dan was very knowledgeable in helping us pick up the generator that would fit our needs and best installation options. Now when we are away from home we don’t worry if the power goes out. RTL continues to provide annual maintenance.
