After having the addition to our home completed, we were chomping at the bit to get our new wood stove installed! Our salesman Bill was awesome to work with and the installers Brian, Nick and Justin did amazing work! Their attention to detail is like no other. We had a brand-new metal roof put on our home and they did not want to screw into it since it was brand new, so they came up with a different plan to ensure the stack was secured to our home. My husband is very big on detail and clean work, and they left him speechless (which is hard to do...lol) with how amazing it turned out!

We had the pleasure of working with Firefly Lodge to have our free standing fireplace installed. Nick and Brian were the best installers we could ask for. They were very professional and had the technical knowledge to do the installation from start to finish. They walked us through how everything worked and my house was cleaner when they left than before they got there! I would also highly recommend Kevin as the best salesman to evaluate what your needs for your project are.

They have hosted several equipment and safety trainings open to the industry for several years and I have had the honor to present there. I have also attended trainings with their team at locations throughout Wisconsin and am always impressed by their professionalism and care for the trade.
