I have used Worzella for nearly 30 years starting when they took my senior photos. Anytime we wanted to have group family photos taken or time for my 2 older children's senior photos it was our go to place because of their ability to swap faces and edit as well as high quality prints on hard thick board with a protective coating. When I wanted to update our family photo to include our 6 children, their spouses, and 2 grandchildren Kyle was my first call. He came to our home and took amazing photos as usual. Of course we paid extra to have additional editing done because with a family of 12 in one picture theres always someone not smiling or thinks they look too heavy and want slimming etc. All total it cost around $600 which was well worth it....until the prints came. The only one that was on the hard board as promised was the 16x20, worse than that the pictures were extremely yellow. I contacted Kyle immediately and he agreed they were really yellow after I sent him pictures of them as he requested and was going to have them reprinted and sent to us. That was a couple of months ago...I've repeatedly emailed and texted with no response which is very upsetting. I am now stuck with $600 worth of photos that I will not hang on my wall. Because I paid cash through Venmo as he requested I can not file a claim. I am looking into small claims court to attempt to get the money for the prints back but not sure its worth the court fees...I just don't want to see anyone else in my situation. Extremely disappointed long time customer.

We hired Kyle and Worzella to do the class photo for my school. We have yet to receive the individual orders our class placed for their images. The pictures were taken a year ago. Has not delivered on promises to fulfill orders, is no longer answering my correspondence. Would not recommend.

Please be wary of using Worzella Photography. They are not professionals. They hire contractors but don't pay them for their services. We are a local owned small business that has bent over backwards for Kyle and his company and he owes us over $15k. Refuses to answer calls, texts and emails. BEWARE
