Will not come for an estimate if you have other companies giving estimates. I had 4 companies coming to do estimates on tree damage from the storm. I like to meet with different companies to find the best fit and pricing for the job. We were all set to schedule a day and he immediately turned down the appointment when I told him I had others coming for an estimate. This was a red flag for me that his prices may not be competitive.
OUTSTANDING Customer support, quick clearing, and very affordable pricing. We had received higher quotes from others and wished we had gone straight to Nichols who has been doing a GREAT job for 40+ years.
