We had a mess in our kitchen sink and disposal ... right before Christmas. Bergin had a plumber out within 2 hours. Kurt was very professional and knowledgeable and did an amazing job to get everything working for us ... He explained the situation and cleaned up very nicely. Excellent service that we have come to expect from the team at Bergin.
Our floor drain was backing up. Called for service and set up an appointment. The service person showed up on time, laid down tarps, angered out the main sewer line which cleared up the problem. The service person cleaned up afterwards and did a great job.
My 38-year old furnace died on Sunday evening, I called Cliff Bergin at 6:15AM on Monday morning, Bob was at my house by 8:30AM to price a new furnace, one of their installers arrived at 11:30AM to start the work and by 5PM I had a new Carrier Furnace and thermostat and the house was warm again. The crew was respectful of my house and me. This was a very pleasurable experience and I'd call them again for any HVAC-related issues in the future.
