My two boys (13 and 7) have been enrolled with BE Martial Arts since 2018 and they have learned a lot! Not just about how to kick/punch and move, but they have developed noticeably more self-confidence and situational awareness. And you couldn't ask for a better instructor than Mr Bowman, he is a world champion (right here in Mequon!) and is fantastic with kids. I rate BE Martial Arts a 5/5 stars and strongly recommend Mr Bowman's classes for both young kids and teenagers/adults. Excellent!
