Like the phoenix, we rise. Watching a transformation occur in every martial artist that walks through our door is what we live for. Sensei Chris first started training in martial arts at age 10 and later began teaching a group of students. With our move to Downtown Menomonie in 2017, we’ve been able to welcome people from all walks of life to join us.
