My husband and I stopped in last night to look at frames and to order my contacts. I had my eye exam on 4/21/25 and Kristine took care of me then and she assisted both of us Tuesday!! She was extremely professional and knowledgeable and we did NOT feel rushed at all!! I would highly recommend the Silvernail location and make sure to ask for Kristine, you will be glad that you did!! 5 Star + from Bill & I!! Carla K Greenwald BTW .. my hubby got some pretty cool Ray Ban frames!!! ☺️
My daughter broke her glasses a week before a big vacation. We were quickly able to schedule an eye exam and order the new glasses within the same week. Although order can take up to 2 weeks, the branch manager, John T., worked with the lab to get her order expedited so my daughter could enjoy her vacation. A big THANK YOU to the whole team.
WI vision was on time for my 6 pm appointment. Very thorough exam. Dr Bob took the time to explain the new machines and what they diagnosed. Felicia was helpful in looking up insurance coverage and giving estimates for new glasses and lenses
