Michael is the reason that I keep coming back to this location. Michael's customer service is outstanding and he is always helpful in picking out the best pair of glasses for me. Thank you for years of impeccable service.

I had an eye exam in February and with the help of an associate I picked out a pair of glasses after trying the new glasses they just weren't quite right they tried adjusting them several times even redoing the lenses but still not quite right. John the manager suggested I have my prescription rechecked which the doctor did and said it was correct so John went above and beyond to make it right and had me pick out a frame that was the same size as my old frame and changed the type of lense and now my glasses are perfect! I went in to get new glasses along with bringing in my old pair. I explained my glasses had broken and was curious if they could fix them. I was told that the warranty has expired. I explained my situation on why I couldn’t get them repaired. I was told they would look into getting the parts for them. A week later John (the store manager) gave me a call told me they couldn’t fix them due to not coming wth a certain part. He then followed up with he was willing to still take the old pair and exchange them for a the same frames but new. As a Veteran and someone who was unable to come in due to being gone this was a prime expample of being above average. Thank you John... read full review
