We have used Pivotal for over 3 years now for our children 6 and 7. They are so excited to see “our” provider and relaxed to be in their own home. The kids are chatter boxes and cooperative while the providers are thorough and professional. They are so good to our kiddos and we so appreciate not waiting in urgent care for hours!
We have used pivotal 4 times now and it has been such a lifesaver! Jennifer came to see our 11 month old for a double ear infection. I have a 4 yo, 3 yo, and 11 month old so not having to pack up all the kids to take them to the doctor is amazing. No one wants to expose their kids to more germs if they don’t have to!
I have used Pivotal Health twice now. Both times it was easy to get an appt, the provider was very friendly, thorough, met my needs. They also follow up with you to make sure you are continuing to do well. I highly recommend!!!
