I can say enough!!....I'm in Hartford suffering from a flare up of ulcerative colitis and mostly bedridden , my water heater was going and I had a tub leak both are my saving grace in a flare...I called on a Monday immediately spoke with a person unlike other places I called long story short they got me scheduled for Tuesday morning with a quote for the water heater out the door and a ballpark for the leak. Guy was out here in the morning (one guy) he was out in a couple hours everything taken care of with a quote being right on the money could not have been happier.
I had a clogged kitchen sink. I called early morning and they were able to send a service person within an hour. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He had to snake the drain pipe and did so within 30 minutes. Very good service, I will use them again if the need arises. He also made some suggestions to avoid future problems.
Fantastic company! Bill and Kaleb are outstanding. Best service, they will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Fair and honest pricing, no nonsense. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We will always go back.
