I got roof quotes from seven different companies and made a spreadsheet to compare all the quotes and companies but there were a few things that led me to Integrity Roofing LLC. 1. No high pressure sales. They actually came over when I was at work and left me the quote with a brochure of materials for me to look at when I had time. I called back and discussed the quote and was never pressured to choose them as my roofing company. Some companies didn't provide any literature. Had a roof replacement which included a chimney rebuild and two new skylights. Very happy with the work. Thought the price was fair. Skylight look and work great. The chimney looks beautiful and no longer leaks around the flashing. Mark was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. We're completely satisfied with the work from start to finish. Mark was prompt , fair and honest when he gave us a detailed estimate with options to add a ridge vent and extended warranty. No pressure sales. He said we had maybe 2 years left on our roof.
He had a mason repair our chimney first and then his crew did a great job removing a layer and replacing the asphalt shingles. His estimate was competitive and the work was done in 3 weeks like he promised. Clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend him and his team.
