Went to Froedtert Urgent Care at this location recently and it was anything but urgent. I checked in and after a short wait I was in a room with a nurse who took my vitals and left saying a dr would be in shortly. One (1) hour later the Dr appeared and apologized stating that the nurse had made a mistake and informed him that I left. Very aggravating.
Went to the clinic on 11/16/2020 @ approx 3:30pm Upon check in the receptionist directed us to a waiting area down the hallway, follow the signs and you will see a corridor with chairs. We did as she directed, followed the signs and found the area. The kicker is: the waiting area for Urgent Care is the area they bring the COVID-19 patients in! So while we waited for the nurse to call us in we had been exposed to 4 COVID-19 patients!! Completely unacceptable!! I reached out to the clinic at 9:30 this am and left a VM for the center manager and received NO call back! Warning: if you are sick and need urgent care note that you will wait with COVID-19 patients!!
I first got my c-pap last June and I needed to get a different mask, so I called, got in the next day and I now have a different type of mask. Homecare Medical is very professional and accommodating.
