I felt seen, heard, and valued by everyone with whom I interacted. I explained to Dr. Swick that I sometimes feel anxious during medical appointments and wanted to take clear notes to refer to later. She spelled everything out for me - literally - so I could learn more about the conditions she diagnosed and concerns we discussed. I scheduled a follow-up appointment with Dr. Swick for Botox, and I'll be visiting the Skin & Laser Center for a DiamondGlow facial.
