The staff needs training and knowledge of the inventory and programs. It started out nice. Cato, the cashier was friendly and seemed to know what she was doing. However, after I made my purchase they pointed to where I should go. They didn't even both to walk me over there. (No other customers were there and there were 3 staff members.) After I stood around for 10 minutes, I pulled someone aside because I couldn't find the tree I purchased. Apparently there was none left and their inventory was off. Even with seasonal sales in progress the prices were higher than most of the other garden centers in the area. They do have a nice selection of trees and shrubs that look well tended to. Checkout was painfully slow even though there were two associates working.
Staff wasn't very helpful at all. I asked where some plants were,and they pointed from inside, "over there". When I paid, there were 2 employees just standing there and no one offered to help me take my large plants to my car. Poor service here.
