“All the reviews are from long ago and regarding a previous groomer. I want to give KUDO's to Laura, the current groomer. She is related to me, but that makes no difference. When someone is GREAT at what they do, they deserve to be given credit.I have had my dog groomed by Laura several times. She loves animals. She cares for them from bathing to fur-cuts to nail trims with tenderness throughout. The fees are reasonable and you will have a happy pet, complete with a bandana!Laura is top notch. Give her a try, you will be very pleased and hopefully become a return customer.“

“When I got my Newfoundland puppy, I lived in Appleton and worked in Green Bay so I wasn't going to be able to go home during my lunch break to tend to the pup. I found Karla's operation while poking around online, and I'm glad I did! My dog went to her place 3x a week for day care, and Karla did a home visit the other 2 days a week to take her outside and give her something to break up the long day alone. Karla did a great job taking care of my dog, who always came home happy and worn out from all the playing she did with the other dogs. Karla also was always great to work with when I had unexpected situations, even going so far as to help get my dog home when I wasn't able to pick her up due to family emergencies. Even after my dog didn't need to get looked after every day, I still took her over by Karla's once a week because it was a great way for her to get to see and play with other dogs. I wholeheartedly recommend Karla for anyone who wants a caring person to look after their pets!“

“Kelly does a wonderful job. I had two dogs (one Labradoodle and one Sheepadoodle). The labradoodle was older and she did a great job with the old girl; being gentle, calming, and watching for growth spots. We got the Sheepadoodle and he was very anxious, separation anxiety BUT he did good with her. She did say he was a handful, but aren't most puppies. As he aged he got better. I loved the honesty and her willingness to cut my dogs the way I wanted them (like a family pet...not some show poodle)! When I didn't like something, I told her. When I liked how she cut my dog(s), I took a picture so the next time, she could get close to that. Simple as that.“
