“Very responsive - my furnace was not working and the owner came out less than 24 hours of me opening a service ticket with AHS. Don gave me tips to attempt to keep the unit working temporarily to give some heat intermittently. This worked off and on for a day before the unit failed completely. (I appreciated this as we are dealing with temps in the 20's) The owner personally called AHS to discuss the need for a new furnace, he also notified me that I would have a small out of pocket for venting and to watch my email from AHS as I would need to approve. This all expedited the repair/replacement. The unit was ordered by AHS and Abby's was notified that the Furnace unit was available. Don called me after hours to let me know this and that he would prioritize my install and move another job on an unoccupied property to facilitate a next morning install on New Year's eve!! The crew that were sent out were very professional, communicated the process, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I knew what was done. I could not be more pleased with the service of Abby's Heating & AC“

They had someone out to our house and had our air conditioner working in less than an hour. The guys that came out were super friendly and helpful. We were very pleased. “Had Chad came over for a estimate for a new a/c for are home he was very friendly and know what he was during would recommend them. Had them install new a/c and the installers where very professional and know what they where during would highly recommend them. They are my 2 go guys now“

“My AC went out one evening and I called 3rd Gospel the next morning and John showed up at my house 10 minutes later. Apart from being one of the nicest, most pleasant guys I've met in years, he quickly diagnosed and solved the problem, all the while expressing how he hoped it was quick and easy and not too costly.

After fixing the problem for an extraordinarily reasonable price, he did a quick maintenance check on my AC and heater and educated me on ways I can maintain them myself to cut down on future costs. This education, extra work, and diligence were not included in my bill.

I feel so much joy and gratitude when I can find a business like this: real human beings who want the best for their customers. They're clearly focused on keeping costs down for their customers and doing so with as little inconvenience as possible. Their business is sustained by word of mouth by the people they've cared for so well, which is the kind of business I'm overjoyed to patronize and advertise.

“Called Samsa Mechanical to help with a recurring air conditioner issue. They took the time to explain the options for both repair (unit was 25 years old) and replacement. They were polite, patient and professional. We decided a new unit was the way to go and I couldn't be happier with the results! I would absolutely recommend Samsa Mechanical!“

“We have an old furnace and air conditioner, and I've had Valheat at my house 3-4 times over the past few years for both heating and air conditioning. Every visit, I've been very pleased with their service, promptness, price, and no-nonsense, honest attitude. Each time I've called, they have come out very quickly and fixed the problem immediately. Post-fix, Charlie tells us what he fixed and he shows us the broken part; additionally, on one occasion, he showed us how do one of the fixes ourselves to save us money in the future. Finally, the prices are very reasonable and this most recent visit, I was surprised with how much cheaper it was than I was expecting. I respect Charlie's opinion, and I plan to continue using Valheat when we replace our furnace this summer.“

“Short story... it was 5° outside, the furnace stopped working , on Call was there within the hour, our CO levels were dangerously high, tech insured we had alternate heating sources before leaving, received call from sales during off hours, given multiple options, furnace was replaced the next business day in little more than half the quoted time, I learned allot, all were courteous, the installation was clean, you felt that it was a family business. Kudos to Jake, Mark, Dan, and the on-call tech (that has memorized Bryant error codes). I highly recommend Christiansen, it was the holiday season, the company was grieving from a family member loss and we had a very positive experience from this company and their people. Our condolences and thank you for your service.“
