“Whimpy came to evaluate the damage done to our oak flooring by a water incident. He worked with our insurance adjuster. We had to wait for the floor to dry, but he came last week and re-positioned the tongue & groove flooring to remove the shrunken cracks, sanded with many sanders, put a fine filler in, applied stain to match the original color, then applied a beautiful matte finish over all. Whimpy works hard, is very professional, kind & pleasant. If you need to see an example of his work, feel free to ask him to see our floor. We had him put the floor in originally 11 years ago. I will email Whimpy pictures of his work for anyone to see.“
