Angie was amazing! We had been through an extremely awful situation at a different business preparing our taxes who never submitted our tax return before the tax deadline. We then went to the Electronic Filing Center and Angie helped us. She was very helpful and patient answering all my questions. They got our taxes electronically filed. I’m so grateful for their help with our extremely stressful situation.

First time here, and everyone is so nice. Angela helped us, she is amazing! And the other workers too!
Appointment only and reasonably priced.
Would recommend going here if you have easy, simple taxes. If it's more complicated, i would suggest CPA licensed.

I recently moved to Appleton and left my accountant in Florida. Not knowing where to go I started by doing some research for recommendations. Tax season creates a lot of stress and unknowns which for me were overwhelming; however I called and spoke to Jessica and she assured me that I had called the right business and I would be happy with her company. The process became more difficult as I continued to file because we were filing business and personal. I want to share with the entire community what a great job Jenny and her team did for me. I was so concerned I filed for an extension. Let me tell you not only did we N0T need the extension we filed well before the deadline. Yes there was money owed federally and state; but Jenny ALWAYS reassured me that she be there and we collectively would get our goals completed. Electronic Filing Center has a customer for life. I did check out 2 other professional services but let me tell you I certainly picked the best. Thanks for the reassurance and professional assistance that finally gave me peace of mind for years to come!!!!
