We have used Druck's since we moved to the area over 3 years ago and have no complaints! All technicians are wonderful and great at answering questions. Dan, the last technician we had, came out and checked out our water heater. He was thorough at explaining what he did, why he did it, and what to do in the future. Also love that if they have to come out for the same problem within 30 days, they don't charge you another trip charge. Great service and customer service over the phone as well! Thank you!

So happy with the way everything went. From scheduling to finish. Tech is very personable and informative. Since this was my second time using them, he remembered me and why he was out for the last service call. Recommend them for your heating and cooling. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.
