Polite, very helpful

I ordered an arrangement for Christmas for my grandmother. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful, and I explained that I wanted something pretty and festive for her for about $30. She said it would be no problem and explained that the arrangement would be on the smaller side, but they would make it look nice. When I received a picture of the arrangement from my grandmother I was shocked and very disappointed in the quality and over all appearance. It looked like they threw a bunch of leftover stems together and left it at that. On top of that, the arrangement came to almost $40 which would have been fine had it looked nice.
