Their friendly and efficient team makes experiences with the clinic very positive, leading to high recommendations from clients. The staff took such great care before, during and after surgery. They went over everything that was going to happen, called when out of surgery to let us know how they did, and went over all the after care stuff before taking their girl home. Everyone is very friendly.
The team at Medford were so compassionate and caring when we had to put our beloved Odie down. It made it a little easier knowing how well they took care of us. As soon as we called him we were told to bring him in. He was so in pain and his regular vet wouldn’t help us till seven hours later from calling. So once again thank you from the bottom of our hearts.💞
Dr. Osen always makes Franklin's experience comfortable and enjoyable. Her care is unmatched given her expertise and caring nature. Dr. Osen makes time to accommodate Franklin's cares and spends ample amounts of time with us to explain and answer any questions. There isn't anyone else I would want looking after my dear Franklin.
