She answered all of our questions. It took about 8 weeks for our custom doors to be ordered and shipped. They were extremely kind, hard working and finished in a day. They installed our new electronic lock that we purchased for us as well. “Outstanding performance by SCS! The project required taking up quite a bit of existing flooring in order to replace damaged & buckling LVP flooring planks on the other side of a room where my 557 pound grand piano sits. Other contractors said the piano must be moved out of the room. I said that cannot happen - I do not want anyone to try to lift that weight load out of the protective cups and roll it out of the room. Phil, Operations Manager, and Natalie, Administrative Assistant, were responsive and patient with my concerns - I never had to wait for an answer. Brent, SCS owner, inspected the damage and said we can do it. And they did. Project manager Conner and Technician Liam did a beautiful job, completed within 4 hours. You would never know.
