Dean, the owner was reliable and dependable, as he returned and answered phone calls and texts promptly. He gave us an estimate in a relatively short period of time, and worked with us as we changed a few designs along the way. He worked with his crew to ensure a challenging concrete project was done right. This included a new retaining wall connecting to an existing wall along with replacing a high pitched driveway. Dean had some great ideas on how to address our water issues; he personally made and installed a drainage gutter to move the water away from our garage, driveway, and yard. I emailed them in the middle of the night after a long blizzard with over a foot of snow and ice. They responded first thing in the morning and requested I give them a call to confirm if I needed their services. I am a bit out of their town, but they had a job half way between where they are and where I am. They actually waited a bit after their job was done for me to call. Thankfully I got them before they left and they came right over. They cleared my driveway and handicap ramp at a comparable price to other companies. We were very pleased with the specially designed patio and sidewalk. The stamped design and color were a plus. He is reasonably priced. Cleans up after he finishes the job and even gave us some suggestions for landscaping.
